Each year, members elect other members to serve on the Board of Directors, The board is the policy-making body for the credit union. Your voice is heard through the Board of Directors, your direct representative in the credit union.

Member Disputes
A member may directly dispute the accuracy of information furnished to a consumer reporting agency by submitting a Notice of Dispute with the credit union. The Notice of Dispute must be in writing and mailed or delivered to Boise US Employees Federal Credit Union at 910 N. Orchard Street, Boise, ID 83706.
